What we collect
When you send an enquiry, call or WhatsApp us, or reply to our advertisements: your name, mobile number, occupation, the project you ask about, and anything you write to us. When you use the website: the page you came from and any campaign tags in the link and, if analytics are switched on, cookie data about the pages you view and the buttons you click.
Why we use it
To call or message you about your enquiry, share prices and layout details, arrange site visits, help with documents, loans and registration if you buy, keep the records the law requires, and understand which pages and advertisements work. We do not sell your data.
Your consent
We collect enquiry data with your consent, which you give when you tick the box on our form or submit an advertisement form. You can withdraw consent at any time by messaging or calling us. We will then stop contacting you, except where the law requires us to keep records.
Who we share it with
Our property managers and office team; our customer-management software provider; our website host; Google and Meta, only if you arrive through their advertisements or analytics is switched on; and banks, lawyers and the sub-registrar office, only when you buy a property with our help and only what that step needs.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for 3 years after our last contact with you. Records of completed purchases are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights

Security
Access to enquiry data is limited to our team, protected by passwords and sent over encrypted connections.
Children
This website is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If we change this policy, the date at the top of this page changes too. This policy is written with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.
