Questions about buying a plot in Mysuru

Do I pay brokerage when I buy a plot from AMACS India?

No. You buy directly from the layout we market, at the listed price. Stamp duty, registration charges and any bank fees are paid as per government and bank rules.

Are all your layouts approved?

Yes. Every layout we have on sale has a MUDA-approved layout plan (MUDA is now the Mysuru Development Authority). Avenue Brindavan and My-Sooru Layout are also registered with Karnataka RERA.
