AMACS India stands for Asset Management and Consultancy Services. We started in Mysuru in 2017 to do one job well: help families buy plots in approved layouts without confusion about documents or price.

We are registered with Karnataka RERA as a real estate agent (PRM/KA/RERA/1268/378/AG/221014/003144). Our office is at #826, 2nd Floor, Above LG Showroom, New Kantharaj Urs Road, Kuvempu Nagara, Mysuru 570009, open every day from 9 am to 8 pm.

We have marketed 18 layouts so far, across the Bogadi–Gaddige Road, RT Nagar, Vijayanagar 4th Stage, Bannur Road, Tallur Road, the Nanjangud Road belt and Yelwala. AMACS India is part of the Atharva Businesses group, alongside Atharva Realty & Co., which handles resale homes and plots.

How buying a plot with AMACS India works

Understand your need: budget, plot size, area and when you plan to build.
Show you the right layouts: a shortlist, then a site visit with a property manager.
Show the documents first: the approved layout plan, title, encumbrance certificate and khata, before you pay a token.
Book and finance: the booking agreement, and help with a bank loan if you need one.
Register: our registration officer coordinates the sub-registrar appointment and the paperwork with you.
